1. Select the basketball you want customized. If you want the ball in the listing, proceed to step 3.
2. Contact us if you would like a different ball than the listing, and we will create a custom order for you.
3. Enter your customization details in the notes section including text, font style (if you do not want the default font) in all caps or initial caps. If you want an image placed on the ball, you must get approval for the image before you proceed.
4. Check out.
5. Wait 5 business days(Monday-Friday) for your order to be produced and shipped out USPS Priority Mail with tracking.

** Please note - the price in the listing is for the ball and one line of text or one color image. Any additional lines of text or multicolored images will be an additional cost.

1. Will the lettering on the basketball come off?
A: No, the basketball can be used for recreational use after customization.
2. What font(s) do you offer?
A: We do not have a list of available fonts, but you can select the font from one of the listings on the site by indicating the name on the ball or you can go into Microsoft Word and select a font of your liking. If you choose the latter option, please let us know of your font selection.
Disclaimer: If you do not specify your font selection, then we will customize the basketball with the font as seen on the listing of the basketball.
3. What color(s) do you offer?
A: We also offer a variety of colors. If there is a specific color that you would like, please contact us.
4. How do you deliver the balls?
A: We ship USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes about 2-3 days, or FedEx Home/Ground Delivery, which takes 2-5 days for domestic shipping. International shipping is based on the country of origin.
5. Mockups
A: You may request a mock-up of your design. However, mock-ups can take anywhere between 48-72 hours, and it can delay the production of your order until the mock-up is approved.
6. Sports Balls Specifications
A: All sports balls are authentic, manufacturer-brand balls. They come from the manufacturer themselves or a licensed distributor.
Here are the manufacturer's sizing recommendations for basketballs based on ages and gender.
29.5" (size 7) ball suitable for men and boys 12 and older
28.5” (size 6) ball suitable for women and girls 9 and older and boys ages 9-12
27.5” (size 5) ball suitable for ages 9 and under
Footballs:
Ages 9 and under: Pee-Wee: Size 5
Ages 10-12: Junior: Size 6
Ages 12-14: Intermediate/Youth: Size 7
