Our process is simple. Select the volleyball you want to be customized from our listings or contact us to request a custom order for a different ball. Then, enter your customization details in the notes section, including text, and font style (if you do not want the default font) in all caps or initial caps. If you want an image placed on the ball, you must get approval for the image before you proceed.
Once you've checked out, your order will be produced and shipped within 5 business days(Monday-Friday). Best of all, our volleyballs are made with high-quality technology that ensures the lettering and image won't come off during recreational use.
Please note that the price in the listing includes one line of text or one color image. Any additional lines of text or multicolored images will be an additional cost. We also offer a variety of colors to choose from. If there is a specific color that you would like, please contact us.
And don't worry about the authenticity of our sports balls - all of our volleyballs are manufacturer-brand balls that come directly from the manufacturer or a licensed distributor. We also follow the manufacturer's sizing recommendations for volleyballs based on age and gender to ensure you get the perfect size for your needs.

1. Will the lettering on the volleyball come off?
A: No, the volleyball can be used for recreational use after customization.
2. What font(s) do you offer?
A: We do not have a list of available fonts, but you can select the font from one of the listings on the site by indicating the name on the ball or you can go into Microsoft Word and select a font of your liking. If you choose the latter option, please let us know your font selection.
Disclaimer: If you do not specify your font selection, then we will customize the volleyball with the font as seen on the listing of the volleyball.
3. What color(s) do you offer?
A: We also offer a variety of colors. If there is a specific color that you would like, please contact us.
4. How do you deliver the balls?
A: We ship USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes about 2-3 days, or FedEx Home/Ground Delivery, which takes 2-5 days for domestic shipping. International shipping is based on the country of origin.
5. Mockups
A: You may request a mock-up of your design. However, mock-ups can take anywhere between 48-72 hours, and it can delay the production of your order until the mock-up is approved.

A: All sports balls are authentic, manufacturer-brand balls. They come from the manufacturer themselves or a licensed distributor.
